Harven School of English provides intensive, tailored tuition to ambitious and motivated students. Students are taught in very small class sizes (8 maximum) which creates a collaborative training environment with constant proximity to tutors. The student-focused approach promotes discussion and critical thinking to gain confidence and fluency in English. Programmes deliver a depth of language skill and cultural awareness, ensuring students graduate as global citizens with academic success and language confidence. Tuition is academically rigorous and focuses on developing core language and communication skills for academic and professional purposes, with continuous assessment and coaching to help students make fast progress and achieve their personal objectives.

Situated in leafy town of Woking, Surrey, students enjoy a more relaxed, suburban pace of life outside of lessons, whilst still having easy access to the bustling excitement of London which is just 27 minutes away by train. In school we hold lectures and workshops on specialist subject areas, allowing students to further their listening and speaking skills and to develop opinions in English on a broad range of topics. Students are also invited to give talks of their own on a subject of their choosing, promoting personal growth and self-confidence. Courses include two social and cultural activities per week to enable students to relax and communicate in English after lessons in an authentic setting.

Harven School of English prepares students for higher education and exams, including IELTS, Cambridge exams and BULATS, as well as individuals seeking professional development and further training to enable career progression.
